This is why we are counting on your active participation to tip the balance in favour of integrative medicine over the chemical formulas proposed by the pharmaceutical industry. The latter having put, at the heart of its business model, the temporary care (of symptoms) rather than the definitive cure.

The scientific ecosystem we have put in place (extraction methods without petroleum-based solvents, 100% "green" formulations, advanced toxicity and stability tests, experienced doctors and naturopaths) makes us pioneers in the research and application of naturopathy to improve the health of your skin and at the same time that of the planet. That's why we have a multidisciplinary scientific team.
But where did this initiative come from ?
Founded in 2006, Skin Matters' (formerly World Natural Care) initial mission was to replace petroleum-based and other toxic ingredients with natural and organic ingredients in parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Skin Matters' functional ingredients are developed, tested and produced with full regulatory compliance. We offer 'green' solutions to cosmetic and para-pharmaceutical companies, reducing their carbon footprint. We customise these 'green' ingredients for our clients. We also helped them to (re)formulate their traditional products into certified organic or natural products with 'green' functional ingredients.
Why use Skin Matters products?
We create our own functional ingredients and adapt them for effective and stable skin care products: without unnecessary additives. Apart from essential oils, we produce our own plant extracts from over 1200 possible plants.
From 2020 onwards, and based on this experience, the Skin Matters laboratory - formerly World Natural Care - has taken on the new mission of developing remedies from traditional and ethnic recipes - with its scientifically proven and stable ingredients - for the general public. The aim is to apply modern technology to "old-fashioned" remedies for skin diseases that Big Pharma's chemicals have deemed "incurable".
